Today was a great day for photo's. Early morning fog. Bright blue sky. Beautiful fall colours. I managed to spend half the day shooting at a few locations. Here's something interesting. I saved a fish today.
 This little guy was stuck in a section of the river that was cut off and drying up. So after I took his picture I got him to the main river. He was about 4 to 6 inches long. A rainbow trout I believe.
So a great day with some great photo's.

Days are growing short. Trees are shedding their leaves. Cooler temperatures are more frequent. Winter is coming. With winter comes snow, ice, and new opportunities for photo's. Going to head out and see what I can find today. Perhaps an old decaying building. Perhaps a scene. Maybe some interesting person. Each day is a gift. What will be inside that gift today.

The last upload was a series of pictures from the Toronto Zoo. As a child we used take school trips to the zoo. We couldn`t afford to take the monorail or eat at the resturants on site. This time I could do all of them and my experience was wonderful. I really love the zoo and it has grown so much over the years. Can`t wait to go back again!

I am in shock, I actually won a level in a contest, or should I say Fred, The Red Squirrel did lol :)
This has actually fuelled my desire to keep shooting and find more subjects. Although it was a stroke of luck I found the circumstances to capture this moment. Snapped with my Canon t1i and a 70-200mm f4 L lens.

Welcome Lexus...
I'd like to introduce my newest F3 Bengal "Lexus". She is mother to my first Bengal "Bentley" and has recently retired from breeding at the Magyar Cattery. We've recently had the great pleasure of adopting her into our family.
I hope to capture some great shots of her, as her personality begins to emerge and she settles into her new forever home.

We have finally received our newest addition to the family, Lexus
She is our baby, Bentley's, mother. She is an F3 Bengal, which means she is 3 generations away from the wild Asian Leopard Cat. At least I'm pretty sure what the F3 is, 80% sure. We are super excited to have 2 bengals running around our house, chirping, talking, chasing, jumping, playing, climbing, and being generally inquisitive children.
