You should use the img-tag if you want the photo to be displayed, if that's what you were going for, of course.

I was testing the URL on this one. I felt that I had to move the closing tag to the end of the http:etc...for it to work. So, I did that and noticed the [ square brackets. I guess that is css and not html. I did not test the URL without moving the closing tag, or by attempting to paste my Url in between the tags.
