The Official Contest

Contests run in 17 different categories and there are 3 levels to each category. Each month we have an official contest, which may have prizes, or special promotions. The Official Contest for the month of June is Eyes. This could be animal eyes, or human eyes.

Do the pics I entered all ready play too? Can we see which pics are all ready in the contest?

Dear Gina,

This is kind of straightforward, but a video is coming up!

when you go to the contest page, the calendar default view is the first level of the contest. If you click on each calendar day, you will see all images for that level, for that day, on a new page, try it !

You have quite a few images on the first level for today. They are down on the page. This does not meant that they are going to stay down, as the contest is very dynamic and they will either move up on the page to a better position, or they will move to the second level. The more players in the contest, the more fun it will be.

Please look at the scree shot below. Do you see the 2 arrows I have highlighted ?

Clicking on those arrows, you can view the other levels for the contest, OR, go view the contest results for other categories::

i suggest this page url needs to be posted on FB too..its a great explanation and using the calendar will become more easy.Wish i read it earlier. Lotsa querries would have been answered! .....thanks a ton CYRUS!

hello sir i win level one now i proceed for the level two which i have to give marks to each five images is i all ready done. so i automatically moved in level two ? plz give instruction me about this process thank you.

yes, you automatically move to level 2 after voting when you receive the notification to vote because your photo moved to level 2.

December 2011 - the official contest category for the month is Animals -- no humans.

If we add something, then change our minds are we able to remove it from the contest? Sorry if this is a dumb question hehe.
I dont think I have added anything that I want to remove. but incase I do at some stage, it would be nice to know I can, and how to do so. I had a little look in my own photos I have added, but dont see any option that says its in a contest, or that says I can remove it. I have looked in the contest calender thing too, and dont see any of my own in there. Although I know they are in there, as one of them or maybe two, I cant remember now, were added to Level 2. So I know they are in there hehe.

Noone replied to my last question hmmm.......

Anyway, this theme is over isnt it? As its no longer December. Its still showing as the Animals December theme is the theme. Is it running longer due to the V2 coming out? Or has it not clicked over for some reason?
