These are a couple of cases when I found my friends' photos in someone else's folders on Facebook. There are a lot of people on facebook who steal images. This first guy was even giving the shooting detail and set up !!! After all these communications, he still did not remove the photos. After many correspondence with Facebook, he was banned. You can tell by his dead avatar
The Problem is that on Facebook you cannot report stolen images unless they are your own images being stolen. So, this is why it took so many emails back and forth with them, until eventually they recognized the problem.
This guy was easier and he removed the photos ASAP ::

Please put your name and your watermark on your photos LOUD AND CLEAR. Do not put them under, or above the picture area as it can easily be cropped and used/owned

Not many do..
I have had problems with this since I started posting pictures online.
After lots of searching and a lot of fighting with people, I only upload very small resolution versions of my pictures.

Theft is a real problem. We purchase the equipment and have the skill to take the picture then post process it. I have found a program that will batch process pictures with a watermark that you design. You can find the free version at http://www.watermark-image.com/. I have not used it on megashot but have on other displays of my work.
It will not stop the theft but will make it harder to do.
